As a critical airflow distribution unit in large-scale environmental treatment or HVAC systems, this assembly is primarily used to connect multiple air ducts with filtration systems. The upper section integrates six circular flange interfaces for uniform air intake or exhaust, while the lower section features a large-area rectangular grille frame, typically designed for installing high-efficiency filters or cooling fins. This configuration ensures stable flow field distribution and consistent filtration efficiency as the medium passes through the plenum.

The manufacturing process strictly controls the coaxiality of the upper circular flanges and the flatness of the lower grille area to prevent air leakage or filter seal failure caused by assembly stress. The box adopts a modular assembly design, involving precision laser cutting, CNC bending, and multi-station welding. For large-size thin-walled structures, welding thermal deformation is rigorously controlled to ensure overall verticality and corner rigidity, meeting structural stability requirements for long-term operation.
