Injection Molded Housing for Electrical Control Modules

This electrical control module housing features complex snap-fits, cooling fins, and multiple mounting holes, designed to provide structural support and protection for internal components of industrial automation equipment. The unit features a dark gray finish with dense reinforcing ribs on the back to enhance rigidity. Standard interface slots are reserved on the side walls to facilitate PCB fixation and external cable connections.

For such thin-walled and structurally complex housings, the core manufacturing challenge lies in ensuring dimensional stability of mounting bosses and locating surfaces, as well as the precision of snap-fit engagements. Our factory is equipped with MAKINO mirror-finish EDM machines and slow-feed wire cutting equipment, ensuring high-precision molding of cavity inserts and effectively addressing shrinkage and deformation in deep-cavity areas. Combined with TOYO and NISSEI all-electric high-speed injection molding machines, we achieve high repeatability in mass production, meeting stringent assembly tolerance requirements.

Backed by ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality management system certifications, our entire production process is digitally managed via an MES system, ensuring full traceability from raw materials to finished goods. Equipped with 2.5D measuring instruments and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) capabilities, we strictly inspect key mating features. We support mold development and injection molding mass production based on 3D drawings or physical samples, catering to customized needs in communications, instrumentation, and new energy equipment sectors.
