These components demand high stability in injection molding processes. Large-diameter transparent parts require strict control over bubbles, flow marks, and internal stress deformation to ensure optical clarity and dimensional consistency. The curved mating surface of the base involves mold slider or lifter structures, requiring precise sealing and coaxiality during assembly. Additionally, snap-fit or positioning features at the tube ends must be molded with precision to facilitate subsequent assembly.
