The top features precision-fitting cover snap positions, while the main body includes shaped flow channels for fluid or gas guidance and reinforcing rib structures, exhibiting a double-layer or multi-segment assembly characteristic.

This type of part imposes strict requirements on mold venting design and gate location to ensure a transparent appearance free of sink marks, silver streaks, and weld lines. The lateral interfaces involve slider core-pulling mechanisms, requiring precise control of coaxiality and uniform wall thickness to guarantee sealing performance and structural strength after assembly, preventing deformation or cracking caused by internal stress.
