Plastic gear assemblies designed for power transmission and reduction mechanisms, featuring both worm gears and spur gears. These components serve as core transmission parts in power tools, home appliances, and office automation equipment, achieving torque transmission and speed regulation through tooth meshing.

The worm gear section utilizes a helical tooth design to optimize contact area and operational smoothness, complemented by a bottom flange for positioning. The spur gear is configured with a central shaft hole and outer ring teeth, requiring strict control over concentricity and tooth profile precision. The manufacturing process focuses on controlling dimensional deviations caused by injection molding shrinkage, ensuring cumulative pitch error remains within allowable limits while maintaining stable clearance between the inner bore and the bearing or shaft system.

Leveraging our in-house precision injection mold manufacturing capabilities—equipped with MAKINO wire EDM and mirror-finish spark erosion machines—we achieve precise molding of complex tooth profiles and high-gloss cavity processing. Production utilizes all-electric high-speed injection molding machines from Japan, combined with comprehensive inspection of key tooth positions and bore diameters using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). This effectively ensures dimensional consistency and assembly interchangeability for bulk supply.
