The modular assembly design integrates front-mounted control panels, multiple instrument viewing windows, and maintenance doors, ensuring box sealing and structural stability during temperature and humidity cycling tests.
The manufacturing process involves laser cutting, CNC bending, and multi-station welding assembly, with strict control over large surface flatness and door frame fit gaps to prevent deformation and leakage caused by thermal expansion and contraction. The surface is powder-coated or plastic-sprayed, offering excellent corrosion and weather resistance to meet long-term industrial operational requirements.
Supported by an ISO 9001 quality management system, our factory utilizes Yaxingda laser cutting machines and Amada servo bending machines to ensure cutting precision and consistent bending angles. Combined with Lixing laser welding technology, we achieve smooth, aesthetically pleasing welds that meet strength standards. We support non-standard customization based on 2D/3D drawings, providing one-stop solutions from material selection and process optimization to final assembly.
