They are equipped with a central circular shaft hole and positioning steps, with uniform straight or helical meshing surfaces distributed along the outer edge. As core components of power transmission systems, they are widely used in power tools, office automation equipment, and home appliances to achieve torque transmission, speed regulation, and motion direction conversion through precise gear meshing.

The manufacturing process strictly controls the impact of injection molding shrinkage on cumulative pitch error, ensuring that tooth profile tolerance and inner hole coaxiality meet assembly requirements. To address stress concentration at the gear root and thin-web structures, gate positions and holding pressure parameters are optimized to eliminate sink marks and internal stress deformation, guaranteeing dimensional stability and wear resistance during long-term operation.

Leveraging MAKINO slow wire cutting and mirror-finish EDM machines, we achieve high-gloss mold cavity processing to ensure superior tooth surface quality. Mass production is conducted using TOYO and NISSEI all-electric high-speed injection molding machines to maintain consistent batch-to-batch quality. Critical tooth positions and bore diameters undergo 100% inspection using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), meeting the stringent delivery standards for precision transmission parts under ISO9001 and IATF16949 systems.
