Transparent Injection Molded Fluid Assembly

This cylindrical fluid assembly is manufactured using two-shot injection molding. The main body is made of high-transparency material, with dark brown L-shaped connectors on both sides. This structure is commonly used in liquid path connection modules for medical analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, or high-end water dispensing systems. It utilizes different colored tubing to distinguish between inlet and outlet flow directions while maintaining visibility of the central cavity for fluid status monitoring.

The manufacturing challenges lie in ensuring bonding strength and aesthetic quality between transparent and colored components. We ensure no flash, obvious weld lines, or air bubbles at the joints, meeting medical-grade sealing requirements. Large-diameter transparent cylinders are prone to internal stress deformation during cooling, demanding precise mold temperature control and injection holding pressure parameters. The snap-fit positioning features of the side interfaces require high-precision coaxiality to facilitate quick plug-and-play assembly with standard soft or hard tubes.

Our factory is equipped with 68 all-electric high-speed injection molding machines from Japan, as well as two-shot molding equipment from brands like Haitian and Yizumi. We offer one-stop capabilities from precision mold development to multi-color molding. Leveraging ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality systems, along with optical transmittance testers, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and constant temperature and humidity chambers, we strictly control the transmittance, dimensional stability, and material properties of transparent parts. This ensures we meet the stringent delivery standards for cleanliness and consistency required by the medical device and precision instrument industries.
